You will either be arriving by black car or private ambulance in the underground parking entrance and escorted directly up to your room.  Our location is at 300 S. Doheny Dr. Los Angeles CA 90048.

What are Immortelle Med’s COVID-19 entry requirements?

All patients and visitors are required to have a negative PCR test before entering the facility.

What items should I bring to Immortelle Med?

• All home medications and medications prescribed by your surgeon.

• Guests are encouraged to bring comfortable clothing that is easy to put on and take off

• Entertainment devices and chargers: Laptop, laptop charger, cell phone, cell phone charger, iPad, and other electronics for entertainment

What is your cancellation policy?

If there is a documented medical emergency within 24 hours of your stay you may either reschedule your stay or request a full refund.
