How will I be entering Immortelle at the Four Seasons?

You will either be arriving by black car or private ambulance in the underground parking entrance and escorted directly up to your room.

9 AM to 9 PM

What items should I bring to Immortelle?

All home medications and medications prescribed by your surgeon.

Guests are encouraged to bring comfortable clothing that is easy to put on and take off.

Entertainment devices and chargers: Laptop, laptop charger, cell phone, cell phone charger, iPad, and other electronics for entertainment.

What is your cancellation policy?

If there is a documented medical emergency within 24 hours of your stay you will be charged half of your first night.

What is the extension policy?

Stays may be extended on a first come first serve basis.
